ARC Total Body C Trainer

ARC Total Body allows you to engage the muscles of the whole body and combines three machines in one. At low pedal inclines, it simulates sliding, as on a ski trainer, at medium inclines, a step, as on an elliptical trainer, at high inclines, like on a stepper or a climbing wall. Different muscle groups are involved in different modes. The patented leg arc motion maximizes calorie expenditure per workout while minimizing stress on joints. When using the handles, the muscles of the upper body are also involved. The C Console is extremely easy to use and has all the functionality you need for effective training. It is easy to find and launch the desired program on the large LED screen. The ARC Total Body C trainer comes in one of four colors: Arctic Silver, Titanium Storm, Black Onyx and Diamond White.
